In each account, there is a specific limit to the number of records that can be added across all applications, which can be viewed in the pricing chart within your account. Should you reach this limit, you have the flexibility to either purchase 'record packs' for additional records or upgrade to a higher plan to extend your record capacity. It's important to note that there is technically no upper limit to the number of records you can have, as these options ensure you can continue to expand your record count as needed.

Each app is a full platform and most businesses only need a single application to run their entire business. Within a single app you can add all the features you need and then limit who can see and do what. However, each account/subscription comes with multiple apps as can be seen in the pricing chart above.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time. Any upgrades are automatically pro-rated for the next month. Any downgrades or cancellations apply at the end of the current billing cycle.
