Usage Requirements

  You must maintain an active website or publicly available project that demonstrates your nonprofit's mission.

Discount & Subscription Terms

  Nonprofit pricing applies only to Starter, Growth, or specific plans (Enterprise plans are not eligible).

• 

  The discount is not transferable if your nonprofit merges with a for-profit entity.

• 

  You must subscribe to an annual plan (monthly subscriptions are not eligible).

• 

  You must pay the full amount upfront, and within 60 days, you will receive a refund via PayPal or wire transfer for the discount amount.

Marketing Collaboration

  You are encouraged to feature Tadabase in case studies, testimonials, or social proof.

• 

  You may be required to participate in a Tadabase success story for promotional use.

Continued Compliance

• 

  You must periodically verify (e.g., annually) your nonprofit status.

• 

  If you fail to meet these requirements (e.g., remove the badge or no longer qualify as a nonprofit), your discount may be revoked.
